Revolut adds 15 new crypto tokens to its offering in Australia

Revolut, the financial superapp with 15 million customers worldwide, is increasing the list of crypto tokens available to buy, hold and sell within Australia. Based on analysis by its crypto team and following requests from customers, Revolut has selected 15 new tokens to add to its exchange services, increasing the cryptocurrencies available to its Australian customers from 6 to 21.

The 15 new crypto tokens are: Cardano, Uniswap, Bancor, OmiseGo, Synthetix, Filecoin, Numerai, Loopring, Orchid, 0x, Tezos, EOS, Yearn Finance, Uma, and The Graph.

“We are proud to extend the list of crypto available in our app in Australia with 15 more! During the selection process we took into account suggestions coming directly from our clients,” said Edward Cooper, Head of Crypto, Revolut.

Revolut reminds its customers in its communications that crypto tokens are volatile assets and prices may change fast. While Revolut believes in widening access to crypto, it may not be appropriate for everyone, so the company encourages its customers to research the various cryptocurrencies and the risks and opportunities before buying or selling. Customers should review independent sources and learn the differences between tokens as well as considering their personal objectives, financial circumstances and needs when considering buying or selling crypto.
