Intersekt FinTech Festival, presented by The Victorian Government, was born from the success of the 2016 Collab/Collide 2-day Summit.
In 2017 the Collab/CollideSummit takes place on Thurs Nov 2 – Fri Nov 3, presented by FinTech Australia and Next Money, and is part of a week of fintech events, including; Visa Pitchfest, NAB Hackathon, Startup Vic Reverse Pitch, Masterclasses plus numerous Networking opportunities.
The intersekt festival applies beyond the world of Fintechs and banks, it also applies to how Australia itself both collaborates and competes with other nations on a global stage. We collaborate to create unity in regulation to allow Fintech businesses to proliferate easily from one market to another, but we compete to create the best environment for capital and talent.
