
Canvas appoints Monique Batterham as Chief Risk & Compliance Officer
Canvas have announced the appointment of Monique Batterham as Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, strengthening the company’s executive leadership team as it continues to scale its operations and governance capabilities.
With extensive experience across risk management, compliance, governance and operational leadership, Monique brings a strategic and commercially minded approach to regulatory oversight and organisational resilience. Her appointment reflects Canvas’ ongoing commitment to robust governance frameworks, operational excellence and sustainable growth.
In her new role, Monique will lead the company’s risk and compliance strategy, overseeing enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, internal governance processes and policy frameworks across the organisation. She will work closely with leadership to ensure Canvas continues to operate with the highest standards of integrity, accountability and operational discipline.
